A launchpad shaped like a city
Most launchpads are a list. REALM is a place. One coin founds it, every coin launched inside it has a job, and every job feeds the founding coin.
$SEED launches on pump.fun. Its creator fees go to the city treasury. The map starts empty: a single tree.
Anyone can found a citizen with a SOL buy. 80% is the dev buy of the new coin. 20% buys SEED on the market and burns it, in the same transaction. Daily foundings are capped and the cap rises with the city level.
Animal, human, merchant or predator. The role is the fee mechanic. It is chosen at founding and never changes.
The realm keeper is the pump.fun creator of every citizen, so it can claim fees. Each claim is routed by role and logged publicly.
20% of every claim goes to the city. Half buys SEED and burns it. Half funds founder grants.
A citizen with no fee claim for 24 hours dies. Its remaining treasury goes to the city. Ruins stay on the map.
How fees move
What each role does with a fee
| Role | Mechanic | Split | Unlocks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Animal | Buyback & burn Every fee claim buys the animal's own token on the next dip and burns it. Supply only goes down. The animal feeds on its own volume. | 80% Buyback & burn · 20% City tax | Camp (L1) |
| Human | Dividends Fees are converted to SOL and streamed to holders pro-rata every hour. Humans work and bring the wages home. | 80% Holder dividends · 20% City tax | Camp (L1) |
| Merchant | RWA vault Fees buy tokenized stocks and treasuries (TSLAx, SPYx, USDY) into a public vault. The merchant's token is backed by what it trades. | 80% RWA vault · 20% City tax | Village (L2) |
| Predator | Hunt Fees buy the tokens of the weakest citizens with more than 100 holders and lock them forever. The predator never sells what it catches. | 80% Hunting · 20% City tax | Town (L3) |
The numbers that never change
Standard pump.fun launch. No team allocation, no presale.
80% dev buy of the new citizen, 20% market-buys SEED and burns it. Both in the founding transaction.
Half buys and burns SEED. Half goes to the founder grant pool.
A citizen that founds children earns from them. Genealogy is on-chain.
Remaining role treasury returns to the city. The founding burn is never refunded.
Part of the grant pool goes to a random SEED holder, weighted by balance.

Everything the keeper does is public
Treasury, burn and each role's routing wallet are listed on the treasury page with their live balances.
Every fee claim and every action is logged with its transaction signature. The events page is that log.
Each role runs as an isolated keeper module with its own derived wallet, so a bug in one cannot touch the others.
›Why does the keeper have to be the creator?
pump.fun sends creator fees to the wallet that created the coin, and there is no on-chain split. For fees to be routed by role, the realm keeper has to be that wallet. Every keeper wallet is public and every action is logged, so the routing can be verified transaction by transaction.
›What does a founder get?
The founder keeps their own allocation of the citizen's token (the dev buy) and is paid from the founder grant pool in proportion to the fees their citizen generates. Founders who build citizens that trade are the ones who get paid.
›Can a citizen change its role?
No. The role is part of what people buy into. A human that suddenly stops paying dividends is a rug, so the mechanic is fixed at founding.
›What stops someone from founding a hundred dead coins?
Every founding costs real SOL: 80% goes into the new coin as a dev buy and 20% buys and burns SEED, none of it refundable. There is also a daily cap that only rises as the city levels up. Dead citizens send what is left in their treasury to the city, so even failures feed the seed.
›What is a child citizen?
A citizen can found another one by burning SEED through its own treasury. The child pays 5% of its fees to the parent on top of the city tax. A citizen with many children is a small launchpad inside the realm.
›Is any of this live?
Yes. Every number on this site comes from the keeper's public log in Redis and from Solana mainnet; nothing is simulated. Until $SEED is launched the realm is empty and founding is closed. The moment it launches, founding opens and the first citizens appear on the map.
